To send group messages on your iPhone, you can first create a new group conversation on the iPhone. Tap the first few letters of the group name to add people, then select the name. Then tap Next. Tap the option to “hide alerts,” then “mute group.” Then, tap the toggle to turn off notifications.
To send group messages to multiple people, you need to open iMessage on your iPhone. Tap the button that looks like an ‘i’ inside a circle. From here, you can name the group. Once you’ve named your group, it will appear in red. Then, you can choose who you want to include in the group message. Group iMessage

Unlike individual messages, all replies will be visible to everyone in the group. There is no way to give a group a name, so the names are represented by the number of members. However, if the group has too many members, your contact photo may become less relevant.
In order to send a group iMessage, all participants must have an iPhone. The Send button will be blue for an iPhone user and green for a non-iPhone user. When sending a group SMS, it is important to understand that not all emojis, animations, and other features will be compatible with each recipient. The best bet is to send a standard text message. The group of people will be notified just like a standard text message.
